Reboot Summit

Reboot Summit provides you with the tools necessary to successfully manage your career.

Prior to your trek, you complete our unique e-learning program called Reboot-Career. The program considers your current priorities, passions and strengths, and you also have the opportunity to complete a personality profile called ‘Extended DISC.’ Taken together these aspects provide you with greater clarity and a platform to take action.

Once you’ve arrived in Kathmandu, you complete a full-day workshop with a certified Reboot-Career Coach. We would love to run the program at Base Camp, but we have realised that learning and high altitudes don’t mix!

Reboot Summit has been designed to accommodate groups of 8 people or more. It’s perfectly suited for sports teams, business units or university groups.
